A Comprehensive Report on the Tuidang Movement

Unrestricted Warfare, the way the CCP wages war against its enemies, was first put into

writing by two senior colonels of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) in 1999. It adopts absolute and unscrupulous means of destroying “enemy countries” with a war that will affect all areas of society, including civilian life, in those targeted. It is an expanded model of warfare that “exceeds all limits,” e.g., “defined limits,” “constraints,” “borders,” “rules,” “laws,” “maximum limits,” or even “taboos.” It emphasizes that any means or combination of means used to destroy the enemy must surpass normal human principles and moral standards; “the fundamental rule is to have no rule.” In the eyes of the CCP, the U.S. military’s pursuit of “zero casualty” represents a weakness that has become America’s “Achilles heel” because at the core of the CCP’s nature is the total and utter disregard for the sanctity of human life.

Such “unrestricted warfare” encompasses all aspects of human life: the economy; financial markets; domestic and international trade; natural resources and the ecology; the political process; information control through manipulation of the media and entertainment industry; and most importantly, the loss of civilian life as a result of terrorist attacks. Decades ago, when its unrestricted war against American began, the CCP was far weaker than it is today. As the CCP continues to achieve communism’s goal of world domination, all aspects of human society, the full spectrum of mankind’s existence, has been turned into a battlefield….
